The college students at the party had blood-alchohol levels, varying from .12 percent, to .35 percent. They were drink a new drink called "Four Loko", CWU President James L. Gaudino told people at a news conference on Monday. Some students mixed the drink with extra alcohol.

Forces Free Seized German Cargo ship off Africa.
A rescue team using a ship, a plane, and a helicopter freed a German cargo ship. The sip was being held by Somali pirates off the coast of Africa. Unfortunately, the hijackers got away. Out of 16 crew members aboard the Beluga Fortune, none were hurt.
The German military and the international anti-pirtae mission "Operation Atalanta" freed the Beluga Fortune. The vessel is now on it's way to South America, just as planned.
The German Foreign Minister says he was especially relieved by the rescue. He thanked the British military for their efforts and called the rescue a "good example for international cooperation in the fight against piracy."
